Sweetcart bookings terms and conditions

  1. All prices are inclusive of tax and service charges including GST unless otherwise stated and are subject to change. Any provided quote remains valid for 14 days.

  2. Full pre-payment is required to secure booking a minimum of 30 days prior to event. No event is considered confirmed until payment has been received. Payment can be made via major credit cards (surcharges may apply) or through a direct bank deposit. Cancellations more than seven (7) days prior to event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to event forfeit all event booking fees.

  3. In the unlikely event Sweetcart cannot fulfil its booking, a full refund will be provided within seven (7) days.

  4. Hirer by booking understands Sweetcart requirements (see ‘Operational Note’) and agrees to provide all necessary space/consideration when proceeding with a booking.

Operational Notes:

  • Sweetcart bookings include the rental of the cart and a minimum of one (1) operator. Operation of any and all Sweetcart machines and items (including fairy-floss machines) is unfortunately limited to Sweetcart employees.

  • Power is required for every Sweetcart booking and access to power is to be provided by the hirer. (Sweetcart do, however, carry extension cords of circa 20m length.)

  • The Sweetcart herself requires a space of approximately 2m wide x 2m deep x 2m high (with canopy used), also allowing for staffing space. This is ideally located outside (in the event of good weather) or under cover in an alfresco-type environment.

  • In the event of poor weather (including rain and/or high wind), Sweetcart requires access to under-cover/indoor space.
